1. WATER FEES (Usage Charge plus Base Charge plus Billing Service Charge)

a. Usage Charge:             $ 5.86 per 1,000 gallons (up to 10,000 gallons per month)

                                   $ 8.80 per 1,000 gallons (10,000 to 20,000 gallons per month)

                              $11.74 per 1,000 gallons (greater than 20,000 gallons per month)

b. Base Facility Charge

g. Backflow preventer inspection: $50 per inspection

h. Inspection Service Charge: $50 per inspection

i.  Security Deposit: $50

j.  After-hour Service Charge: $40

k. Late Fee: $5.00

l.  Meter Extraction Fee: $75

m. Meter Yoke Extraction Fee: $150
