13. SURCHARGE FEES
BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand)
$349.18 per 1,000 pounds BOD
Surcharge is applied for discharge concentrations greater than 250 mg/L.
TSS (Total Suspended Solids)
$60.44 per 1,000 pound TSS
Surcharge is applied for discharge concentrations greater than 180 mg/L.
TKN (Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen)
$0.75 per pound TKN
Surcharge is applied for discharge concentrations greater than 40 mg/L.
TP (Total Phosphorous)
$6.87 per pound TP
Surcharge is applied for discharge concentrations greater than 5 mg/L.
