The mission of the Durham County EMS Special Operations Team is to provide the citizens with a highly motivated and trained pre-hospital medical response team. The Special Operations Team will provide preplanning and deployment operations for mass gatherings, disaster response at the local, state, national and global level and law enforcement operations. The Special Operations Team will enhance the health and welfare for all requiring medical assistance and an exhibit an image of discipline and professionalism during all events.
