The Standardization and Management Division, “Simulations Unit” provides a multitude of realistic training environments using both high fidelity and low fidelity manikins.

We place the learner in a controlled environment where they can utilize the Durham County EMS Protocols and Procedures to enhance their skills. This unit strives to help EMS personnel hone their skills in order to provide our stakeholders with quality patient care.
